SecuLogica Video · the original product overview

From the archive. These four videos were originally produced and published in November 2014 by IRM Secure Canada. We're republishing them here as part of Seculogica's history — they haven't been re-edited, and some of the technology they describe has since evolved.

Before Seculogica was a website design and CRM company, it was the name of an information rights management (IRM) platform built by IRM Secure — the same company behind Seculogica today. These are the original product videos, recorded in 2014, when SecuLogica was winning European performance awards for its approach to protecting documents wherever they travelled.

SecuLogica let organisations control who could see a document, who could print or copy it, and for how long it stayed accessible — using AES-256 encryption to protect emails, files, and shared content regardless of where they ended up. It could be deployed as a managed cloud service or run in-house, white-labelled for larger corporate clients.

The 2014 explainer series

Three shorter videos from the same campaign, covering what SecuLogica was, how it worked, and why organisations chose it.

Why use Seculogica?

"Security and usability must work together. A credible digital presence is not an afterthought — it is part of the security posture."

That principle didn't stop applying when IRM Secure launched the current Seculogica in 2026. The discipline is the same — protecting who can access, control, and trust information — just aimed at a different layer of the stack: the websites, hosting, and digital infrastructure that firms in security, legal, and compliance depend on every day.

Curious how that history connects to what Seculogica builds today? Read more on our About page, or see the 2026 announcement that brought Seculogica into the IRM Secure family of solutions.
